为促进儋州英语教育的发展，提高儋州小学英语教师的教学水平。在儋州市教育局和儋州市教育研究培训院的大力支持下，我们到北京开启了为期一周的跟岗学习培训之旅。In order to promote the development of English education in Danzhou and improve the teaching level of English teachers in primary schools in Danzhou. With the strong support of the Danzhou Education Bureau and the Danzhou Education Research and Training Institute, we started a week's on-the-job study and training trip to Beijing.

一天的跟岗学习已结束，在这里感受到了这个学校浓厚的中外文化气息和课堂上学生脱口而出的英语震撼着我们。也思考着自己教学上的差异和不足。
Summary:
The day's on-the-job study is over, and we are shocked by the school's strong cultural atmosphere at home and abroad and the students'blurting out English in class. I also think about the differences and deficiencies in my teaching.
